Ashtanga Yoga
A traditional system of yoga comprised of physical exercise, breath control, and concentration techniques. Graceful and athletic, this method uniquely synchronizes postures and breath in flowing rhythmic sequences. The practice of Ashtanga Yoga creates a complete mind/body fitness program.

Beginning Hatha Yoga & Meditation
Hatha means "sun and moon" in Sanskrit. This class is designed for the new yoga practioner and will focus on learning your practice and creating inner balance by working in the poses with attention to alignment, breathing, body awareness and feeling. Class will end with meditation.

Evening Yoga
Start out with strong yoga challenging the mind and body with deep, strengthening postures and finish with restorative movements for a perfect way to end your day.

Focus On Flexibility
This class offers intensive, deep flexibility work, using asanas and breath work in a relaxing way to explore and expand the possibilities of stretching everything from head to toe. All levels welcome.

Gentle Yoga & Meditation
Enjoy some gentle yoga and stretching followed by guided meditation.

Healthy Steps with Lebod Mehod
Healthy Steps is a joyful, life-affirming exercise movement class to music. The program launches participants towards wellness and thriving both physically and emotionally.

Power Yoga
Power Yoga is an athletic, challenging style of yoga guaranteed to push your limits. A dynamic combination of strength, sweat, and stamina. Using the time honored wisdom of yoga, this class will sculpt, tone and hone the muscles of your body and mind. A dynamic combination of strength, sweat, and stamina , this flowing (vinyasa) style of yoga allows us to detoxify, heal and invigorate the body.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is a relaxation method that teaches you to relax through a series of gentle movements and stretches that are coordinated with breath work. This gentle experience will allow the mind and body to recover from the stress and strain that comes into our lives every day.

Vinyasa Flow
Continuous and sometimes repetitive body movements with a meditative, flowing practice that allows the mind to relax. This class will challenge your entire body by combining sun salutations and breath awareness with held asanas. Style will vary with each teacher.

Yoga For Athletes
This class is open to all levels. It will challenge those experienced yogis but will also help new participants learn how to practice yoga. Stretch and strengthen.
