Insanity uses max Interval Trianing. This high-intensity activity forces the body to work for longer periods of time at a high capacity. As a result, people experience faster increases in cardiovascular fitness, and burn carbohydrates and fat more efficiently. The class is broken into several segments. Each segment is repeated approximately 3 times with increased pace.

Taught by Dan O’Brien who competed in the 2005 Ironman in Hawaii, this cycle class is based on outside cycle drills. You will become stronger, fitter and faster with a true sporting experience!

This hour-long class simulates the outdoor biking experience. Combining basic, rhythmic, and athletic cycling drills with guided focus and motivational music, this is truly a challenging and exhilarating workout.

A 60-minute class designed to strength train all muscle groups utilizing free weights. This class will provide a simple and effective way to improve muscular strength, function, shape, and definition.

Sports Conditioning

This class consists of skills and drills – no fancy footwork required! Train like an athlete with the step, tubes, medicine ball and/or weights. Format varies but the concept remains the same – work out hard, sweat and get the results you are looking for!

Use this classic cardio format to get your heart rate up and keep it up! Use the step to individualize the level of athletic challenge in this aerobic workout. This class is focused first and foremost on giving you a great fat burning workout, not on creating complex dance moves. Beginners will find the first class of each month the best time to start – moves will be simpler then to enable a high intensity cardio workout and then added to throughout the month to challenge you further.
