Jacob holds the following credentials: Masters degree in Exercise Science from Central Washington University, ACSM Health/Fitness Specialist, Crossfit Level 1.

Jason holds the following credentials: Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a major in Athletic Training from Washington State University. Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA), Certified Health and Fitness Instructor (ACSM), FitForeGolf certified Levels I, II, & III.

Adriana Brown
Personal Fitness Trainer
Adriana Brown has been a Personal Fitness Trainer at the Seattle Athletic Club since 2003. Adriana has found a passion for Crossfit style workout principles, discovering that really finding the metal drive to push past your limits is the key to reaching new heights. In addition to the more extreme workouts she also enjoys helping her clients improve athletic performance with agility workouts, plyometrics, and speed work. Working hard and digging deep to find the drive to succeed in physical challenges is the thing that gives her the passion for training others. Coaching others to reach new levels of fitness is something that Adriana finds great satisfaction in. Adriana personally finds great Olympic Lifting, Crossfitting, and playing soccer of her utmost devotions.
Adriana holds the following credentials: NSCA-CPT, H2H kettlebell, Crossfit Level 1, Crossfit Olympic Lifting, Crossfit Barbell, Crossfit Gymnastics Basics, Free Motion Tower certified, Adriana holds an Associates Degree in Fitness from Ashmead College.

Thomas Eagen

About Thomas: Thomas Eagen relocated to Seattle from Orlando, Florida in 2010. However, Thomas was originally born in Bremerton and moved to Florida when he was ten. In Orlando he completed his undergraduate degree in Sports and Fitness focusing on personal training as well as physical therapy. He enjoys a challenge and the feeling of reaching a goal. His training style focuses on core strength and functional movements and likes to have a lot of fun while training. Outside of work he enjoys hiking, running, biking, playing tennis or volleyball, doing yoga or just reading a good book.
Thomas Eagen holds the following credentials: Bachelor of Science in Sports and Fitness, University of Central Florida. NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, NESTA Sports Injury Specialist.

My job is to draw the map and provide you with the most efficient and fun way to achieve your goals."

About Stephanie: Stephanie is an extremely competitive person who always enjoys a challenge. Sports have played a major role in her life as she has competed in Basketball, Golf, Softball, and was fortunate enough to take her Volleyball career to the Division I level where she played 4 years at Washington State University. Stephanie knows what it takes to put in the time and hard work to get the benefits and rewards in the end. She brings her “A” game every day no matter what the task, because hard work pays off! Stephanie is involved training for fitness competitions where she will take her own personal fitness goals to the next level.
Stephanie strives to bring out the competitive spirit in each of her clients and push them to achieve their goals! Her mission is to inspire, educate, and help people live a well-balanced lifestyle. She provides her clients the tools they need to be successful in their day-to-day life. It’s all about creating balance, teaching yourself to have a healthy relationship with food, and making time for yourself to move!
