Endura Spin Challenge your endurance and increase your strength! This hour-long class will challenge your endurance, as well as increasing your strength, at any fitness level. Personal Fitness Trainer Katrina Yniguez will guide you through challenges both on and off the bike, allowing you to receive both cardio and strength training in one workout. Come experience a heart racing, energy filled, fun packed, spin-sculpting program, and take your physique and endurance to new heights.
